I would have selected 0=3,6 or visa versa, but its not on the pole.

Anyone who has watched their states archive knows certain instances to be true.I know personally there is definitely a sisterhood between 6 and 9 and noone can tell me different.The 4=7 thing(withinO,E,O) is hugely convincing as far as connecticut goes.I took a look at georgias past archive (since the population here is vast)and alot of this seems to work too.Which do you know to be truest
