Let's see. It could be that by Buy my brother a house he means that he will buy a house and allow his brother to live there rent-free temporarily while retaining the ownership himself.

Hmm. If I won a $1,000,000 jackpot, the first thing I'd do is take the cash option ... and be left with $500,000. The next thing I'd do is cry after the IRS took their mandatory $125,000 cut ... and cry more when my state Department of Revenue to their mandatory $25,000 cut ... leaving me with $350,000. I don't know if I am reading your post right, but you would buy one of your brothers a house and then sell it? How so? If you buy him a house is it not his house? And why would you sell it once you bought it for him

If I won 1 million. I would put like 1/2 in bank. Then buy my brother a house. Buy my other brother house. Then sell it just to get some of my money back. Then maybe he will get married. Then maybe buy land. If it in a good area and alot. You can sell it like 2 time or more you got it for.
