Kage here , i posted the winning states on the us map most are on the eastern states i dont think ill go to louisana or rhode island to buy a ticket. Ill just buy here in kentucky having said that i heard one time that a computer will post a number or set of numbers based on the past postings .. I need to read more and study ... i do thank you folks for replying to my post and i respect your answers ..

When ever I see the words it seems and all or most I know the persons talking aren't talking facts but about how they feel. There hasn't been a PB jackpot won in Kansas or Iowa since 09/23/06 and several have been won in your state of Kentucky since then. It rolls, you can see it shift from one area to another at times, it's also called 'random'.

You would think a lot more winners would come from PA as opposed to ID or WY, percentage-wise, population-wise, but that doesn't seem to be the way it is.

I think part of it depends on the amount of people buying tickets. If one state has more sales then another, I figure that there is probably a better chance for someone to win in the state that sells more tickets. (Of course this isn't always the case, it's just an example.
