Hello joudanslegit .....

Numbers that total up to 4 ....or 14 .....or 24 etc...... like that.

In this case look under the digit 4..... all those numbers will have totals ending in a 4. Those numbers up there all represent the Box form of the 10,000 numbers in Pick 4. It's a way to organize the numbers into groups so you can more easily track them .

Each one of the columns up there are 10 equal columns.....over time .....each will all average hits about 10% of the time.
