You should consult a financial planner first, he'll assemble a team of advisors for you , the Lawyer would be last step before you claimed..

But then again, if you need it for a detailed fantasy I'm gonna say

that the planner will probably introduce you to a lawyer if you're using a trust.

If you're not using a trust, you probably won't need a lawyer.
