Here in Philly on WPVI 6, the Pennsylvania Lottery nighttime TV drawings didn't air tonight at 6:59 PM ET. Instead viewers got a black screen and the channel 6 logo for the entire time period that the drawing usually be on. Was this just a problem with just WPVI or was it statewide on the 5 other TV stations that carry the television drawings
