I like to play the Hot picks for at least two to three days, there is usually 3 hot picks from each list. Members of my Player's Club get the Hot picks sent to them by e-mail message.

As for the second part of your question, you know if I told you how I come up with my numbers then I'd have to get rid of ya, LOL. Yes, I do have my own system which works for me often enough to make some extra money from time to time.
