			<description><![CDATA[<p>Greetings Thanks for the post everyone!<br /><br />I came to the conclusion of the quickpick formula after studying a number that had fell.<br /><br />I have a lottery manual that says each number has an opposite this is where the chart comes from<br /><br />0=5,1=6,2=7,3=8,4=9 it also says that 2 5,6 9 are interchangeable,<br /><br />for example 132 by the chart 1=6 3=8 and 2=7 so the opposite set is 687!<br /><br />FOR EXAMPLE 286 CONTAINS TWO INTERCHANGEABLE DIGITS 2 6<br /><br />SO PLUG IN 5 WHERE YOU SEE 2 AND 9 WHERE YOU SEE 6 589/286</p>]]></description>
