If you would have hit the PB jackpot on 1/9 then the numbers you were using were 02 13 20 21 23 24 and there are 7 possible combinations of 5's and 36 possible combinations when you include the powerballs, so some variation of those numbers could hit again. So far they have hit:

01/09/08 02 13 20 21 23 24

08/04/07 02 23 24 27 36 03

02/08/03 02 13 20 21 23 35

12/04/02 13 20 21 35 40 35

10/03/01 02 20 23 35 49 25

03/21/01 13 14 18 20 21 16

I wouldn't. I'd tweak it a bit with another meaningful number or two. The odds of 5+1 hitting are astronomical already; the odds of it happening twice are several orders of magnitude worse.

I've been using my sons birthday month, day, my birthday day, fiances birthday day, her age, and my age for the PB #. Been using this combo for about 3 months now and have won several times with it.

Well when I plugged it in, it hit the jackpot on 1/9 of this year, and 200k 5 years ago!!! Such a shame I couldn't have been playing this since last year. Should I continue to play it? Do the same numbers ever hit the jackpot again?

Edit: This was for powerball.
