I think VNLotto was probably thinking like others who have offered something to anyone coming up with a winning system, their work was to be their reward and because of his encouragement, he would be rewarded the fruits of their labor.

Hmmm, doesn't seem like VNLotto is coming back to pay the winner their 500 dongs worth less then nothing U.S. and I was so looking forward to trying to cash that check.

This game looks very similar to the pick3 games in the US but only use two sets of numbers 0-9 instead of three. With odds of 1:100, the payouts couldn't be very much. Although it's not mentioned in the challenge, it's unlikely playing more than a couple of lines per drawing could be profitable. Also not mentioned in the challenge is what are the parameters that the results of the program must meet to be considered a winning system other than just winning more than it cost to play.... Figure a tracking method that you will become familiar with and understand. This is but one method of many.

This is not exactly the answer you are looking for, but may be useful depending on what the game costs to play and what it pays for a win.

Play the previous draws, between 10 and 20 as your daily play.

Hi Everyone! I am offering a challenge...and the winning system will be given $500 to the individual or can be used to donate the winnings to this forum. Mod,... if this is not acceptable please email and let me know.

THE CHALLENGE:

1) Number range: 00 - 99

2) Winning pick needs to be straight. For example, if 57 is drawn, only picks with 57 win, not 75.

3) The system can only allow you play a maximum of 10 numbers per draw.
