Combined = State abbreviation

# = the Lexi or Lexicographic number of that particular string. For example: Lexiographic #1 for the 5 Digit String of 0,1,2,3,4

Lexicographic Index Number is a Combination Sequence Number (CSN)

Combined = taking the Midday and Evening draws for those states that have a Midday and Evening Draws. You treat it like one continuous game.

Some will not combined Midday and Evening draws and treat each as 2 separate games.
