You jump in the middle and didn't read the whole thread and my response. I wasn't talking about the number 2, I was talking about any number that hit 11 draws back. This time it happens to be 2, next time it could be another number.

2 also hit last December 18th and then on January 22nd, 10 drawings later. Feel free to play if again in 12 drawings, but there's nothing the least bit unusual about mega balls repeating within 10 drawings. The odds are against a specific ball repeating that soon, but for any 9 consecutive drawings there's better than a 50% chance that one of the balls will repeat. For 12 consecutive drawings there's only a 1 in 4 chance that there won't be a repeat.

I noticed something similar to this too, only I went back 200 drawings. But it was similarly patterened. Good eye RJ.

The megaball from the previous drawing has hit 8 times since the last matrix changed 335 drawings ago but the most popular repeat pattern is 11 draws back which has happen 13 times.

Looks like the MB finally repeated as I predicted. Too bad I only picked 39 once instead of the 2-3 times I have been doing lately. I need to stop listening to my instinct.

It most likely won't repeat for a while. I'm still waiting for the 4th WB to repeat.

I play the one that has been out the longest, and if I play more than one line, I'll also play the most frequently drawn. I hit on the longest one out a few draws ago.

It really depends on the number of megaball you plan to play. I usually pick the ones that have hit the most and been out the longest.

Seriously, I choose to play the Mega Ball based off of date -- the rest I simply quick pick.

So today, being the fifth -- means I will have one Mega Ball of five.

I favor the cold picks for the MegaBall and eliminating certain hot picks such as 26 which has appeared five times in recent history.

I also pick the last drawing's megaball because I believe it is somewhat due to repeat.

Just wanted to open a topic dedicated to an all-important Megaball. If anyone has any tips, tricks, or advice on how to select it, or share their own techniques, please do post it here. I will try any software, book, or formula. I am curious if anyone has tried Saliu lotto software to track down the megaball...Or anything else special?..
