I am no expert when it comes to wheeling, so I would use LP wheels or one of other LP members wheels when I need one!

VA's cash 5 is a 5/34 type. So we don't have any numbers past 34. So would I use other numbers that show up equally as often? either 11, 10, or 9 times

Don't wheel.

Play $8 each drawing.

Play all 39 numbers (plus one number twice).

The 5 winning numbers will be in your 8 plays every drawing.

Half the battle is won.

Now you just have to get the 5 winning numbers to appear on the same play. Good luck with that.
