It is not exact, simply because there is no way to determine in advance the exact number of tickets that will be sold. When someone wins a Powerball jackpot, the exact jackpot is paid out based on actual ticket sales, and it is usually close to what they estimated the jackpot to be, but it is never exactly dollar-for-dollar the same.</p>]]></description>
