u can find his photo all over the place. Just type scratcher's secret or something to that affect in the search box of google, and you'll see his puss on youtube and other areas.

Pretty pathetic.

Well, not really a nice guy, because he is a fake persona made up by a lotto scammer. I would be interested to see where the photo came from.

There was a guy was registered a membership under the name Lotto Journal .

After researching, it is apparently the same person who runs around creating hundreds of different personas and web sites for the intention of directing you to their network of sites that supposedly sells lottery tickets over the Internet. Except it is not a real lottery ticket service, it is a scam in which they don't really buy any lottery tickets at all.
