Actually, Ohio Rolling Cash 5 uses a lottery ball machine.

Thanks very much for the Ohio info RJOH. It looks like the Ohio data set is way more interesting. I d venture a guess that Ohio uses computer generated (ie pseudo-random) draws with repeats like that.

I ran a check for match4s within the previous 15 drawings for Ohio Rolling Cash5 and found it had happened once a year since the game begin 10/04/04.

9/17/08 4, 19, 29, 38, 39

9/2/08 4, 8, 29, 38, 39

There was also 3 repeat from 4 draws back (29,38,39 from 9/13) and the 38,39 recurred 4x as a pair. Funny enough, I ran a test the last time 4 repeats happened in early 05, and it was about a 1/1000 event . about that many draws til it happened again.

Has anyone run similar tests or seen similar frequencies on other states P5
