Sandy had given the instructions to me a few years back. At that time, she asked me to keep it to myself. So I will respect her request.

I used to use it very often in FL before the 2 a day draws and it was very effective. It worked even better in Michigan at that time. I have recently been putting more energy in the pick 4 game and haven't been using her method. I just wanted to see if the 2 draws in FL would have the same results or better than MI had. I'm guessing it will.

Bringing back Sandy K.'s workout for the weekly pairs in Florida. I'll run these for a few weeks and see how they do. I haven't done them since FL went to 2 draws a day. Good for both draws.
