			<description><![CDATA[<p>Actually, you have to sign the ticket and give your name when you go to collect your winnings. (Unless you are claiming through a trust.) The lottery officials check to see if you owe anything to the government. So, you have to give them your name. Not every state makes you claim your winnings through a trust to collect your winnings anonymously. I think those states that allow anonymity, will give you the choice to keep your name private after you collect your winnings.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I don&#x27;t think so .... signing the ticket identifies the signer as the sole winner. Best to wait until you have spoken with an attorney to remain anonymous you might have to form a trust and give it a name that doesn&#x27;t identify you.</p>]]></description>
