sorry been busy with the holidays, great tips.

i also noticed in GA the last 2 numbers that match the game come out as indicated. here it will match for 2-3 games then skip 1 or 2 then again and so forth. i also noticed if it doesn't match directly its usually 1 number off.

i don't have luck at playing the same set of numbers more than 3 or 4 games.

as guesser said the best luck i have as in yesterday i hit 4 of 5 numbers was by tracking about 6 games before even playing,

Simple.

Because just like in Mega or Powerball, looks ARE deceiving, what you THINK should hit - doesn't.

Think about it: if all the numbers hit in Powerball that are SUPPOSED to hit - if all the geniuses picked Lottery numbers based on what is SUPPOSED to hit - and they did hit - we would not have a Lottery at all, because it would be hit every time by the same people, with thousands of people splitting the jackpot.

Well I put 20 dollars on a 10 spot and won 100.00 Because none of my numbers came up,

I've been working with the (20/80 every 4 minute version) here in NY and trying to decide on a strategy. My question.....

Is it better to:

A) Pick one set of numbers and play them ten draws in a row. Waiting for the numbers to find you*

or......

B) Changing your numbers up to a degree for each draw(based on what numbers you think are on a roll or whatever reason etc....)

I have hit 6/6 several times, 5/5 quite a bit, today I play mainly 4-Spots and I usually hit one every 5th game.

That's easy money, almost a sure thing, all you have to do is pay attention.

Until a week ago, I was on a 3 week binge where I kept hitting 4x5, that's not good enough, so I went to playing 4-spots, and that's easy to hit. For me anyway. Why be greedy with trying to hit a 6-7-8 spot (which is rare) when you can simply pile on the 4-spots ???????????????????????????????????

In GA GTECH Corporation is the gaming software company that is used. Not sure if Mass uses them or not but I looked at your Keno results and they are definitely different. When I have some spare time i am going to definitely see if there are any similarities in any games but for the most part initially i have seen none.

One of the main combinations in our game is close to yours is 4-14-63 and i actually hit here last week for $70 playing 3-13-23-63.

i'm in GA and our Keno game is 20/80 is every 4 minutes. Initially I wasn't hitting anything but I've finally gotten a little consistency playing 3 spots with the mulitiplier. 3 spots here is $25 for hitting all 3 numbers and for the most part I get a 2x multiplier when i hit. I rarely play above 5 spots because the its so hard to get that many numbers.

Again, a great way to narrow things down. I got a 7 of 10 yesterday using this method.

Really, to be safe, play 30-80 and you are guaranteed to have ten or more..most days within, say... any ten day period. 40-80 works about half the time.

I always seek to eliminate half the numbers in most of my plays.

We are the direct opposite - the majority of the numbers - for the sake of argument 12 of 20 numbers - come from 45+ in my local game. (20/80)

13-16 hitting below 56 is the mean average at best - nothing shocking there...

I watch, then I play - most of the time, but not all of the time. Some days I just don't 'feel' it, ya know what I mean Vern ?

One thing I have noticed is the patterns and the 'hot' numbers from the prior day don't 'work', but the ones from 2 days' prior SEEM to, patterns anyway.

I went to this bar/restaurant that my sister likes, and it has the computerized keno game. I thought I'll play a 3 spot for ten dollars for five games 78-79-80. Wouldnt you know it the sucker comes in and more than covers the check. But I just won't play computerized drawings. But I suspect paying attentio to the grid patterns is the way to go. Ironically Pick-10 is a mechanical drawing but since it's not televised we have to take thier word for it.

This is one of the ways I am analyzing an odd/even approach. For me it's eight rows of five (one set for odds .....and one for evens).

I remember watching one of those Vegas shows on TV, this guy installed the random number generator into the keno machines. He said he had a pretty good idea how they worked, and anyone could learn about it and use that knowlege to pick number patterns. Since he's not allowed to play any casino games, I remember him recommending picking patterns off the screen that contains three or four consecutive numbers on one line or the corners or a combination of both. Although it does not narrow things down that much; you can always delete the numbers (20) that came out the prior day and always have enough (10) left over to win the jackpot.

As said earlier, one of the only ways I have found to reduce the total universe to 40 numbers, guaranteed every day; is to play all odd/even.

Problem is, this approach requires a separate analysis procedure(I've not completely developed yet...anyone want to help/partner?). I'm convinced that if I had, say....100 line... [ More ]

You are correct in your hypothesis in how to pick numbers, all I can say is: I use my 'research' to help develop theories on what NOT to play, combination-wise, but for the most part, those are no-brainers, ie if 52-53-54-55 just hit, you don't want to play 52-53-54-55 anytime soon.

I do know one thing - I can develop a GREAT 'system' on what to pick looking at the results of the prior day - and that system is useless the following day, but that in itself helps me AVOID scenari... [ More ]

A good set of numbers should contain the usual criteria some hot digits repeating digits, a couple of cold digits, a few consecutive digits an even balance of even and odd numbers. Problem is the trends in this game are always shifting making it a basic crapshoot as to which way its gonna go. How on earth can GH software track it for you AND be worthy ?

1) You still have to key it in, and I don't see folks taking the immense amout of time to key in data AND run it thru software AND be able to have 'results' before the next game, and that is VERY important. My entire matrixes change EVERY game - numbers I want to match up - based on prior games. There is no real 'set' matrix, it always changes. Why on earth anyone would need software to track cold numbers in Keno is beyond me.

For the Keno I described, software will do you no better than just sitting there, tracking, and I have found that 'cold' one day means absolutely nothing the next day. Even 'cold' in a 2 hour span means nothing, as the ebb and flow of the game changes dynamics about every 60 games or so.

You folks that play ball-draw 20/80 or 20/70 keno, I want you to try something: Sit and track EVERY game, put an 'X' by every number that hits, and when it gets down to 7 numbers that have NO hits, play some pick-4's using your own combos of those 7 numbers. Tell me if your luck in doing that is as good as mine is.

I've played 20/80 Keno in WVA, Michigan, and Ohio and all three games reminded me of speed keno some of the Nevada casinos offer. You can play from 1 to 10 numbers but there isn't enough time for analyzing the drawings so the average playing strategy is to play the same numbers in multiple drawings.

Some states offer variations of 20/80 keno where players must pick 10 numbers and drawings are held twice a day and that's probably why you noticed people predicting numbers.

True. Eastern Canada uses a 20/70 matrix for their games and Michigan has a 22/80 game. Most of the rest of North America uses the 20/80 matrix no matter how often the game is played - drawn daily or every five (or so) minutes.

I'm not understanding Tianca. Could anybody clarify...put this differently?

1) if u take the sum of the decade (what do you mean sum ?)

2) usually that number come before or after the decade (huh?)

3) 32 35 36..the sum will be.....13? Huh? and 1+3=4 (Huh?)

you got 2 / 4 with those numbers

but look at ld tonight = 6 in a row = an easy 6/6 = $1000 !! - i was playing these but stopped a few nights ago (

Hi Tianca, thanks for the replies.

Having 4 numbers hit is not impossible at all, I hit those all the time, along with some 5x5's, but I don't play more than a 5x5 - I know my limits ! LOL

However, that said, I don't just play one combination, I may have 3 or 4 combinations in play at any one time, and I usually hit one of them.

The difference is, they play games here every 5 minutes, so you can play 12 games in an hour, the odds tend to be better when you can get more games in. Four co... [ More ]

I hate to admit it but alot of times anything does go with lottery to find a win somehow.I've recently been cheating and using my non winning bingo scratch-offs and using the first number that hits my eye....I've manged 7/10 more times this way then using a statistical approach...go figure lol

Hi Tianca i also have Gails stuff for Ontario keno and lately like you also am playing the last digits etc.

yesterday wow really LOW draw, almost all under 35, it will be interesting to see the payout table

as expected more than usual big winners with that low low draw

hi.........i think that winning more than 4 numbers in keno with profit is immosible..........i am lucky that i am in ontario and we can play even only two numbers up to ten........but we don't win anything if we play ten numbers and win 5 from the ten numbers we played.........my observation for keno is to play same last digit numbers.........u have seven numbers and usually 3 or 4 will come........it's not easy......hot and cold numbers..........it's still very hard to do.....even i have GH so... Well, *I* never said there was a correlation between playing 'hot' and/or 'cold' numbers, all I did was simply put these numbers out there for others to consider. And as you alluded to, I don't see a correlation with all 'hot' numbers hitting together.

One thing folks need to remember is, (and this is a bad example): If they play 180 games a day, and a 'hot' number hits 60 times, unless you sit there and count all the games, who is to say that 'hot' number that hit 60 times didn't hit 60 time... [ More ]

Well. I get at least 5 numbers in at least a few games, amongst those I play everyday. So does that mean I have a consistent system? A nice thought....on the right track. Unfortunately 5 numbers pays nothing in NY.

If anyone asks 'why are you posting this ?' It is because if you pick 10 of the 20 out of 80, it pays $40,000, if you get 15 numbers, it's $100,000.

If I played that many lines on Keno in Norway I would probably only afford to do it once a week.

The cheapest option for gambling on the official Keno (which is drawn once a day) in Norway is close to US $ 0.75 per line.

Usually I limit myself to 4-5 lines per day.

I don't know if I said this earlier - I play 'Quartermania' - it's .25 cents a game.

A Pick-5 hit in QM is $200.

It's a heckuva lot funner than $1.00 a game.

Yeah, sure, a Pick-5 hit with $1.00/game is $800, but in these instances, greed is not good, being able to play 4 times as many games IS good.

It REALLY depends, for example, one day I saw 18-26-35-70-80 ON FIRE, the next day I saw 41 and 80 ON FIRE, and today, 41 was pure ICE, and today it was other different numbers as well. 43 and 51 are usually 'warm'.

Today I watched 12 games before I played, and in those 12 games I saw about 6-8 'hot' numbers, but seldom do they hit together. And I also noticed some numbers that were ice thru the first 8-9 games, then they warmed up, I played them in some combinations, and won two pick-5's. To... [ More ]

Do you mean the Keno that is played every 5 minutes or the PICK 10 in New York which is a daily game? Is the Keno game drawn naturally (ball machine) or computerized? Computerized games are extremely difficult to systemize unless their programming is flawed. The upside is due to such a huge matrix your system only needs a slight advantage to reach breakeven.

The one thing Keno players MUST do but seldom do is - watch.

Don't play, just watch.

Keep track of about 10-12 games - OR - if you walk into a place that plays Keno, and if you can get the results of the last 10 or so games, look at them. What you are watching for - what you are looking for - is combinations that you may think you want to play, but have recently hit. So you can avoid playing them.

I avoid all COLD numbers, and only play HOT numbers sparingly.

If I watch 10 games, I generally pick the numbers that have hit between 3 and 6 times.

(COLD - a number that has not hit, or only hit once or twice in 10-12 games

one more thing that i constantly think when it comes to the large prize, how is it does anyone

know for the state lotteries to rig the video games so it maybe only allows a someone to pick say 10 numbers of of the 80 once every 4 months or so. i know its harder with the ball games to rig but it sure seems strange that so many play and no one came come up with 10 numbers in keno over such a long period of time.

i think you are on to something here, today i played about 12 games straight here in GA, i only pick 5 numbers because for me $400 is enough and i don't have to worry about going to the lottery office to pick the larger prizes or deal with taxes and you get the money instantly.

by about the 8th game i noticed that as soon as they post the cold numbers they start showing up in the next games so alternating using a couple of cold and a couple of hot and randomly picking a number that i see cons... [ More ]
