Yes, I am a very paranoid person.It's a shame that this is something I want so bad! lol. I have my reasons for both though.I know a lot of people that just have no moral standards and have seen people tear others to shreds over nothing.On another note, i am not able to get a 'real job because of personal reasons.

hell, iv'e always been afraid of someone stealing my dog even though its not even that attractive! haha (only a face a mother can love)

I know what you mean on that one....IF one was to close their eyes...and emagine they have just won the jp, they would naturally start thinking about things they have never been able to buy, but can now...or how to plan out their finances etc. That itself does not scare me...its the walking out of the headquarters a millionaire and possibly having every paranoid thought rush through my head...is it just me? What steps to take to claim the jp as in do you contact a lawyer..or what lol.

I personaly do not need a financial planner unless they are required in some way or another.I know where every cent will go without blowing it on stupid junk.

I would just want to remain annonomoys as much as possible.

some people I know are greedy...but they are not going to stop me from attempting to win

Let's say my name is Kil-Dong Hong. In most case people just call me Kil Hong, although Dong is definitely a part of my first name.

First I would be discrete about it, as no one will know that I've won.. Of course I will call the claim office that I have the right to be kept anonymous.

Second, I'd buy new house, new car and furnitures, then go tell my parents I have a gift..

3rd, travel the world!!

That's if the money I won could be spent this much.. ehhehe

I think the question might be what steps do you take to claim your jp, not what would you do with the money. If thats the case...I have no clue. I have NEVER had money..lol Not that I don't have a savings account and don't know how to save..its that I've never had a ton of money that needed to be settled perfectly like say 200M would.

My in laws know more about that stuff, and we have a lawyer in the family..so we'd go to him and say help please? lol

If you win in a state with income tax, don't claim annuity regardless, unless you want to pay state income taxes for the next 26 to 30 years.

-Driving to the Lottery headquarters is dangerous considering that you're very nervous and excited which cause an accident. I would take a train or taxi.

-Hire a lawyer and finance planner. Pick the Annuity option because the current economy is garbage.

-Don't tell anyway of your winnings.

-Choose to remain anonymous.

-Don't be stupid like Jack Whittacker and other broke lottery winners.

As soon as I find that I am the jackpot winner, I will drive down to a nearest lottery office, which is 45 minute drive from my home, as soon as possible. I will simply present my ticket and get the group claim form so that I can give some percentage to my parents and sisters. (6% for parents and 2% for each of my sisters.)
