			<description><![CDATA[<p>A cold number is the digit that hasn&#x27;t showed up, while all the other digits have.<br /><br />It could be cold by position or not showed in any position.<br /><br />Some people might say a cold number is the three or four digit number that hasn&#x27;t came out in any order over a period of time.<br /><br />When to play cold digits or numbers is the million dollar question. I usually play the cold digit along with the hot ones.
