If you win a large Powerball jackpot once a month you will most certainly be investigated before you receive your money.

I think there was a person in LA that won for the second time a year or so ago and was investigated before he/she received their prize.

I think that if I had a solid system where I knew I could always win, I'd just go and play whenever I needed cash, if I were to play the pick 3's.. staying under the radar. I'd play at all different stores and collect my winnings, alternatively, at different stores in a systematic fashon. Where on earth did you come up with 20/200 or 30/300 ? EVERYONE here will tell you cracking a 30/300 entails LUCK, NOT INTELLIGENCE.

If you are soo concerned about 'world problems', what are you doing to help conquer them ? Dream up another Lottery ?

The reason is that these jackpot games favor whoever is the majority of the State

The reason is simple percentages. If 90% white players and 10% 'others' are playing the lotto, 90% of the winning with go to white ethnicity players.

Off the subject, this world will evolve a lot the day when one person black marries a white person and their kids come out white or 50/50...That will be the day...

It's easy to say that a system that is guaranteed to win once a month will never happen.

If you think about ALL the folks A LOT SMARTER THAN US that have tried to develop a system and have not been able to, that tells you something.

BUT - if you DID develop a system and could PROVE it - it's simple how to counteract it - add new balls, change the matrix, or go to computer-generated numbers. Suspend the game for a week or two, then come back with changes.
