I am a big cash 3 4 player (big at least for me) and my hubby never asks me what I spend and I never volunteer. However, whenever I hit big, anything over 500.00, I tell him and am happy to share. I recently won 47,000.00 on the play 4 and I split my leftover money with him after we paid our bills off. When I go to the casinos, I call him when I hit bit (get a 1099) right away otherwise I would come home with no money because I don't know when to say when.

I think a healthy relationship there are NO secrets. In this case it's just lottery tickets. If you have the extra money then I wouldn't worry about it. If he confronts you be honest. NEVER LIE. Just say that you thought he already knew. (Assuming he knows you have played in the past) It's really nothing to fret over. It's not like you're having an affair.

I think you should have your money, his/her money and then shared money. The shared money is for bills and things you do and spend together. The your money, well, you can do whatever you want and yes I believe he/she doesn't have to know. In a perfect relationship your partner understand you completely and we all know that's not the case. I never hide my thoughts about playing lottery games when I was married to my ex-wife. In fact, I asked several times if she would like to sit down and try to figure out numbers for a next drawing together. She wasn't interested. But for some reason she would always comment on my small winnings of under twenty five bucks. With the attitude of What's mine is mine What's yours is mine is one of the reasons I fired her.

No one needs to know. As long as you are doing the right thing, play on a budget, and if you won you put the money to good use and share it with people you love. Your husband may have his own views on lotto play, may link you to the chronic gambler that lost everything; their home, job, car, family, and friends. No, I don't cheat

My husband finally stopped playing his numbers, because of the economy. But I, like you I still feel that I have just as much a chance as anyone else so I still play. I told him that I still play even though he doesn't and he's ok with it. However, I lowered the amount from $15 to $10 per play but I still play. It's my only vice and I could blow $20 per week easily on video rentals or something which I have stopped doing now.

Do you ever play scratchers or powerball etc... ect... etc... without your other(wife,husband,other)knowing about it. How do you hide your money and if you hit big do you share the win with them.. I play alot but my husband doesnt know how much I spend . Its not alot and I do have a good paying job. But when he knows ive bought tickets he rolles his eyes at me.... But I just know Im going to hit big one day .
