Rather than combining the three digits (ie: 345) it makes it easier to keep the three digits in separate cells (ie: a1=3 b1=4 c1=5): Otherwise you'll have to separate the combined digits to perform the (+/-) operation and then combine them again.

Try this:

a1=3 b1=4 c1=5 e1=2 f1=2 g1=2

in a2 put

=mod(a1+e1,10)

in b2 put

=mod(b1+f1,10)

in c2 put

=mod(c1+g1,10)

Would like some help on excel addition using lotto math, not traditional math. If I where to add 2 to 9, would like the answer to be 1 instead of 11. How can I program this in excel? Thanks.
