MO Lottery Winning Scratch Offs always at Caseys??

While I realize winning is supposed to be pure luck.....I'm beginning to wonder about all the winning scratch offs that always seem to be purchased at Casey's in MO. I thought it was purely a coincidence until I decided to check the tickets for the entire year up to November 2008.

Is there someone from the Lottery connected to these stores or all there more Casey's than Quik Trips, Break-Time, Snak-Atak, etc.?
