def give the clerk something, maybe a new Altima. I've done that 'sh!t work before and feel for anyone else who does. guess it depends who your bosses are, and unfort none of mine were nice. lol

after winning it, i'd either buy the station or build one right across the street. emply the dude that sold the ticket, go FULL SERVICE and watch that place close like a house of cards.

I use to feel sorry for the store clerks when they printed out tickets by mistakes while processing my play slips and buy them since MM tickets can't be canceled and they would have to buy them or find someone else to buy them, but I never won a $1 doing that so now when they ask if I would also like to buy their mistakes I say No Thanks .

I wouldn't tip anyone if I won big because then it'd be extremely obvious that I won and contracts aren't going to work either... I guess it could be done anonymously or some silly contract though still, you never know, it could cause more problems than it's worth.

A person can invest in anything, the clerk could loan the owner $100,000, but if the clerks name isn't on the agent lease agreement as a lessee of the lottery terminal that sold the ticket he has no right claim of any bonus to the agent. If the owner propietor of said business is the lessee of the terminal they are the agent , any bonus paid by the lottery agency will be paid to the lessee the agent or aka the seller of the ticket . Working in a store that sells lottery ticket doesn't entitle clerks to anything more than their wages. When winning lottery tickets are sold it's only the store owners who invested in the stores that sold the tickets and the customers who invested in the winning tickets who are entitled to any money. Since the clerks invest nothing they aren't entitled to and shouldn't expect to share any of the winnings.

If I remember right, here on Tx the owner of the store gets 1% of the jackpot prize, as you all said, he, she or they does not (don't) have to give the clerk(s) anything, but they might give the clerk(s) a few dollars.

The person who leases the terminal, typically the owner of the business. I'll tell a quick story, a few years back just prior to 9-11 a winning Powerball ticket was sold a t the Key Bridge Exxon in D.C. on Canal Road to a taxi driver, I was still working a lot downtown D.C., and knew the managers and owners, the jackpot was $27M, the owners got 100K and they shared it with the employees, $5K each! Thats what i tell one particular clerk when i win..I told him when he sees me getting out of a black limo it would be his last day working there..of course it will have to be a big win...i dont mind sharing at all

store owner, if the person with the winning ticket remembers you. the

decent thing to do is to throw u some $$$$. I wouldn't expect anything

from owner and they get a nice chunck. You can do this to store

owner.

On some states, the store gets a certain amount of money if that store sold the winning ticket. If I am a store clerk and I sold a winning lotto ticket, who gets the money? Me or the owner of the store
