I would have to say the Lottery Predictor, as they are trying to predict a totally random event, while all the other options have some level of control or predictability.

The weather has pattern; hence, it has high percentage in correct prediction.

Lottery is random; it's hard to know which numbers will come up in the next draw.

Is harder to predict the weather than to predict MegaMillion, and more harder to predict the global weathers...you may get the weather correct many times but i am talking about an exact, precise science...Wanted to say that the weather has thousands of different factors that most be in synchronization for the weather to occur which makes it even harder...The stock market has different factors also that work to make in unison what it is yet it is the easiest to predict...For the kind of stuff tha...
