I just e-mailed NY Lottery, they are pretty good at answering simple questions like that. Most likely they will respond Monday. I will also keep an eye out for any flyers at the stores I stop at over the next couple of days and see if I can find any info out.

Does anyone know, if the 1 million dollar prize is paid out annually or in a lump sum? The NY lottery website does not mention the payment terms.
