			<description><![CDATA[<p>On the pick 3 game, there are only 1000 straight combinations, so prediction can be done with just &#x27;Regular filters used in the &#x27;Regular way if one wants to, I have done so, with very good results.<br /><br />Yes, I filtered down the complete 1000 numbers to a much more playable amount and WON!Straight.<br /><br />That is, Regular filters can be a Prediction Technique . if a person wants to use it in that way.<br /><br />But, What are filters?
