			<description><![CDATA[<p>Something to consider if your favorite number was 392 and you played it straight every day for the evening drawing in Maryland it would have taken nearly 10 years before it came out straight.<br /><br />There are lots of numbers that don&#x27;t come out straight for years on end --- they might come out boxed from time to time. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>If there are 1000 possible pick 3 numbers and if your states has 2 drawings every day 7 days a week that&#x27;s 730 pick 3 numbers that will be drawn. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Sorry if this is a noobish idea and have been posted already but this is my first time here.<br /><br />Ive been studying the pick 3 part time for the last 4 years of my life, and just recently I was thinking.....<br /><br />Instead of trying to find numbers that will come out, would it be a easuer good idea to find numbers that wont come out and use that as our advantage?<br /><br />I dont have a system yet, just an idea...
