Please see my response to jcmartin269, yes these numbers are good for Michigan as well as any other state, the Target play states are those that I track for my Player's Club and the states that I feel are the next best state to hit my numbers. However, any number can fall in any state at any time, so having said that they are good for ALL states.

Yes, these numbers are good for the state of Maryland. The Target Play states are those that I track for my Player's Club and are the Best states to play. Good luck to you in Maryland.
