Right, but the advice in the video is just like what we see so many times: if you win, pick numbers that increase your chances of being the only winner. I'm surprised the video did not say pick #13 .

In a standard 6/49 lottery you can expect to have NO adjacent or consecutive numbers 50.5% of the time or 50-51 times in 100 draws.

You can expect to have TWO adjacent or consecutive numbers 38.8% of the time or 38-39 times in 100 draws.

You can expect to have TWO and TWO adjacent or consecutive numbers 5.8% of the time or 5-6 times in 100 draws.

You can expect to have THREE adjacent or consecutive numbers 3.9% of the time or 3-4 times in 100 draws.

Very standard advice that you would find in every single book or article ever written on the subject of picking lotto numbers.

The minute and a half video boils down to just 2 tips:

Avoid too many birthday numbers Pick at least one adjacent number

It's always good to get reminders of this stuff though, and it's nice to see a video like that without blatant advertising. (I admit you got me nervous when I started seeing the glitzy production.)

For jackpot games, millions of numbers (Lines) are bought and very often nobody wins the jackpot prize, so it is not so much how many numbers are bought, but the number that is drawn and who if anybody picked that number (Line), as the odds of winning are so bad, most often the jackpot winner wins by chance.

As for smaller prizes, most often he who picks the numbers by skill has the best chance of winning and in that case the more numbers (Lines) picked the better the chance of winning.

I've heard this before but I also heard that it doesn't matter how many tickets you pick because the odds are the same. I always play a consecutive number because with most lottery numbers if you go back and look at them do have one. This video actually gives good advice I feel.
