			<description><![CDATA[<p>Another way for consideration is to see how often there is a repeated number from the previous result, and take that into consideration. Then, pick the number that is on the opposite of the spectrum from the previous number, say 123 came up, pick 1 from 123 for repeated numbers (if your state shows lots of 1 repeated numbers) being 3, now combined it with the opposite of the spectrum 589. Look at your state to see if this is the case.</p>]]></description>

My gut says to go with the hottest 4 numbers, but looking back at past results, it doesn&#x27;t appear that would give very good results.</p>]]></description>
