win d posted the digit hitting without doubles. i included all singles..doubles..trips..etc. you have 220 combinations that have your hot digit. so online 220 x 25 cents= 55$. yes, it's a bit of a risk, but would be nice if you can get more than a single.

straights are not included. this would cost a lot more cash.

I'm lost asto the money side of this......for example I'm fairly certain GA eve 12/20 will lead with a zero(0)..

but I don't get how it would only cost 54 bucks to cover the next 3 digits...and does isolating one number mean str8 is included

it works for pick 3 and it works for pick 4. pairs 24 and 89 will bring a..0... not always , of course, but a good percentage of the time. intuition plays a part also. so i have all my 220 combos that include the 0 lined up at my book. i had 1 tonight, but jammed out. virginia evening was 0011..55$ would have won 375$. ok there was no 89 or 24 pair preceding it. 9591 hit previous draw. the mirror of 5 is 0. 9 reverts to ..0... yadda..yadda..yadda. everyone plays their own way. i can get a feelin... Here's a hint on anticipating doubles .....or .....best time to start playing that way.

Example..

Ga Eve has just had 5 Single numbers in a row.

Well.... Ga Eve has only done that around 8 or 9 times this year. Gone beyond 5 singles in a row that is. Heck....thats less than once a month.

So tonight .... Friday ...seems like a good bet to go for Doubles and play that way for a few draws.

Seems like a pretty reasonable bet based on the history.......

.....Another advantage with Doubles

If we go wild one day and play for Straights instead of Boxes we have a lot better chance with our doubles plays.

Singles .... we have a 1 n 24 chance at a Straight .

With Doubles..... we have a 1 n 12 shot !

Better Odds .... Bigger Wins..... Much Much better shot at a Straight . I like em'

P.S.

Even if we were to play all the singles under one digit..... its 21.00 bucks .....as opposed to 27 for doubles...... fo... [ More ]

Sure ..... I got a million ways to figure double or single. LOL Doesn't everyone?

At least in Pick 4 it's almost a 50/50 shot . Even if your wrong its only going to be about HALF the time. LOL Unlike the Cash 3 game .....where it's 3 to 1 basically.

The conclusion for me is .... why fret over which way to go ...... always play doubles ! That way you don't have to torture over which way to play. (( unless your state just had 3 or 4 doubles in a row....then I would be partial to a single... [ More ]

First one would have to guess if it's going to be a single day or double day, then guessing 1 digit for double is 1 in 10, same for single. Cost $54 a pop at $0.50 to play all 1 digit for double, 108 numbers. $27 if played online.

Do you have a strategy on detecting which its going to be, single/double for the next result? How about clues to narrow down the 10 digits into 5

There are 4,308 doubles in Pick 4 or about 43% .......the rest being Singles,trips, double doubles , quads etc.

Doubles

If the next draw is a double and you guess at least one digit in the number .....you win.

There are 108 doubles under each digit ....unlike the 84 numbers in the Singles chart.

When you think about it.... because Doubles pay Double... and there are only 24 more numbers of Double boxes to consider per digit. Playing the doubles may be a better bet.

If you can guess just one digit for the next draw .... and its not a double or more .....you Win !

About 50% of the time it will hit as a Single number ...... the other times its a double,trip quad etc.

So .....if its a Single number and you guess the right digit to hit next .....you win ..quarenteed. .

There are ....84 single numbers to consider in each vertical column under each of the 10 digits.
