Unless the facility closes and relocates to Las Cruces, New Mexico because the legislators want to build a newer and larger facility in Las Cruces, this move may affect me because I don't want to travel the distance.

This new facility idea was on the drawing board before the economy declined. Now, the state has a job freeze, Governor Richardson is moving to bigger and better pport... [ More ]
