Local news just showed inside the new Powerball studio at Universal Studios, public is not allowed. I had hoped they would at least have a full size window the crowd could look thru like on the morning news from NYC. Nope. But, an independent auditor will be on hand for each draw. Why all the secrecy? The news also mentioned they had 4 sets of balls and two sets of draw machines if there was any problems.

was thinking the same thing when I saw the title to this thread,,,,at what point do they choose celebrities to draw the balls.Perhaps even mickey or barney

Mega Millions should do the same things. Maybe hold it in California. It would add a little excitement.

Well, they can't have the drawings up the road at Disney World, because everyone would then think the lottery was just a mickey mouse operation and people who buy tickets are goofy.

Hey you guys, I thought that you guys would like to know that starting on January 7th, Powerball Drawings are going to be held at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. Why Universal Studios? maybe because the PB drawings will have a live audience or just so that PB could have it's drawings at such a major Orlando attraction. What do you guys think? Saw it on the Florida news websites.
