			<description><![CDATA[<p>Date a pair method for Pick 4 - eve, All States.<br /><br />On the day of the drawing, the two digits for the date is within the pick 4 numbers. For an example using 12/01/08, we would use the date which is 0 and 1. That&#x27;s two numbers down, two more to go.<br /><br />The other two are 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 since we are going for single box play there will be 8 numbers to pair it up with, since we already used up two.<br /><br />Date a pair method will give you 1 in 28 chance to hit the single box if play for all states.
