Today, the ctlottery.org chart shows the prize as $1,700,000. Do you think someone was reprimanded for the new year? I've been there.

Maybe CTLottery.org reported the cash value (not annuity)? The smallest annuity jackpot for CT Classic Lotto is $1 million. The estimated cash value of $1 million for this draw is $603,000 so $867,000 would make sense for an annuity jackpot of $1.7 million.

I believe that the jackpot annuity for this drawing was advertised as $1,700,000, and I just saw a page on LotteryPost that confirms this [ https://www.lotterypost.com/results/ct ]. However, when I click on the link for the winning combination at ctlottery.org [ http://www.ctlottery.org/data/01022009-cllotto.htm ] it indicates there was just one winning ticket and a prize of approximately $867,000.

Have we been lied to somewhere along the way , or has something been misreported
