			<description><![CDATA[<p>Well now there is a surprise!<br /><br />Party World in Comstock Park sold another big winner.<br /><br />Alpena, which has had its share of Fantasy Five winners, sold a big raffle winner.<br /><br />Not to go unnoticed, Ypsilanti sold yet another big Keno winner.<br /><br />These raffles shut me out again...so much for them being easier to win.<br /><br />The only other games to shut me out were Change Play, Zinger, and that online card game (I forget what it was called) on those old orange and yellow tickets.
