			<description><![CDATA[<p>I found a site that will buy tickets for you for lotteries around the world<br /><br />What guarantee would there be that they would pay a jackpot if theybuy a winning ticket for you?<br /><br />What is stopping them from cashing the ticket themselves and closing up shop?<br /><br />Do they expect people to trust them? They might not even buy the tickets and just pay prizes and keep the money they charge for tickets. They would probably come out ahead doing that.<br /><br />HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA</p>]]></description>
