About the non-winning tickets, I don't know much about the tax stuff, so I'd talk with someone who does if I were you. Other than that, if you buy one and don't win.....they're like the new $20 Millionaire Jumbo Bucks if you buy one and lose.......not worth the paper they're printed on.
