			<description><![CDATA[<p>Actually, I beg to differ on this one. The Power Play does determine if you win or not. It determines if you win a larger prize or not. By your logic, a person winning a $20,000 Power Play prize is no different than a person winning a $50,000 Power Play prize; a difference of $30,000. I&#x27;d call that extra $30,000 prize a win determined by the Power Play. Wouldn&#x27;t say</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Nah, Power Play is just a multiplier, not part of the drawing results, just a prize thing. It does not determine if you win or not.<br /><br />While I think it is preferrable to use some mechanical device to choose the Power Play, to me it is not a terrible use for a computer, since it does not affect the outcome of the game.</p>]]></description>
