I play Atlantic Keno in Canada, I can't play more than 2 combinations per draw, as it would get expensive; haven't won much yet so far.. It is a interesting, challenging game for sure..

Let's say your first row has numbers in cells A1 to T1, your second row has numbers in cells A2 to T2, your formula in cell U2 should be = SUM(COUNTIF(A1:T1,A2:T2)). Then hit Ctrl-Shift-Enter to finish. Your formula should look like this {SUM(COUNTIF(A1:T1,A2:T2

I'd use the if statement above and also the countif function.

There is a video on youtube, look for Excel Magic Trick #180 for the countif function.

I use a =IF(OR(firstrowis true,second true), X , ) and then I count all the Xs. That probably doesn't make sense....

Imagine I got a bunch of numbers in the first row and the same amount of numbers in the second row

What I need is a routine in a cell next to row number two which check which numbers in row two is the same as the ones in row one and count them.

I am going to use this routine for a possible KENO system. I can imagine a lot of the same numbers picked in the draw yesterday also appear in todays draw.
