			<description><![CDATA[<p>I didn&#x27;t know the codes for pa I guess its not a winner, Your Question why \<br /><br />you feel out the back because some clerks know the codes and may see its as a big winners and use a different ticket and say its a loser when it really not and if you fill it out they can&#x27;t cash it in.</p>]]></description>
