Any ticket under 600. can be cashed at a retailer. Try a big chain store instead of a small store to cash it in. The address won't matter because you do not need to mail that ticket in.

Hi,

I have a winning California Daily 4 ticket from back in August that I need to claim soon. I wrote my California address on the back of the ticket. However, I'm living in another state right now and will need to claim it from out of state or it will expire before I plan to return. Will this be a problem as I will have to put out of state information on the claim form which contradicts the ticket? The signature will match, etc, I just don't know how strict they are with things like thi... [ More ]
