Michigan's daily liability limit on a pick 4 pay out is 40 million dollars. If they sell enough tickets to breach the 40 million the number will be cut off.

All state run lotteries must have some sort of buffer amount on a daily payouts unless it's a para-mutual payout and they are splitting a pot.

That's one thing about Michigan that I liked...you never had to worry about numbers selling out because they don't. How many states actually have limits on potential liabilities?

They only came out three times in all the years since the Maryland lottery started.

Looks like those 4's only like cold weather LOL.
