			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hello:<br /><br />I&#x27;d like to share with you and idea I&#x27;ve had on how to anlayze the P4 using LBT99. Although LBT99 provides its own P4 analysis, this idea is based on analyzing P3 numbers.<br /><br />I was reviewing some of the older systems I had, amongst which was LBT99(Lightningbolt 99). The problem with using this software, presently, is the cumbersome entering of a significant amount of past draws(at least 60) needed to get the ranking system working.
