Its not on the playslips for the games, you have to ask for the 'lucky sum' and it costs $1 extra on each number played

...and the lucky sum for the three number game NUMBERS in NY.

I wanted to know if anyone here had ever seen a form offering the lucky sum option, because unless I'm misreading the lotto's website its something you have to select. (I several times had what I thought was a lucky sum, but since there was no option selected it was worth nothing).
