2 is a missing digit, fell last on the Mid as 241 and on the Eve as 132, it's a cold digit on the Mid and the Eve, so it needs to show on both draws this digit is also lingering, it has been a missing digit since 2/23 E, that's 8 draws ago, at this point I call it a when digit (when will it fall).

I like to follow the 3 day rule, when a digit fall it need to return within 3 days, and after it makes an appearance I expect it to return at least 2 more times, this is not always the case but for the most part this is how digits behave....
