Yes, something like that. It's a Structured Random Selection or a Quantum Fog Framework. There's a level of Paradox that most people have a hard time dealing with. It's related to the Chaos-Order Duality, something I've been working on and have posted about here before.

This is just a test program with no conditions and not optimized.

It should be considered a Quantum Pick, not a Quick Pick.

The Method being used is Infinitely better than a Quick Pick.

The Ultimate Conditional Optimizing Version is yet to come.

there are two version of the test program in the zip file. if you've downloaded the zip file and are able to see the files in that zip file, then try running the alternate version of the test program, it is - JADE Lottery Selector test alt.exe also, the file should be on your hard drive when running the program. if you are having problems with the zip file itself, that's beyond our control. go to the winzip website at www.winzip.com and get additional support there.

A few tweaks here and there; the process for the following statement should be complete and efficient.

In a Lottery that is Pick R of N Numbers, a Pick R Combination Wheel of U Numbers from N Numbers has the Matching Condition that is at least X of R or better if Y of R is any of U Numbers; where X = Y = R = U = N.

Seems complicated, but it's not and this is just the conditional. Under the hood is a vastly more complicated Algorithm with sub-conditionals you might not be fully aware of.... [ More ]

If you've downloaded recently, you are just getting the Unbounded Algorithm version.

The new updates will be made available in the release of JADE LSGA (JADE LSG 2).

This is not a typical RNG; it's a Quantum Selection also known as a structured random selection.

is it a right layout for JADE Lottery Selector test alt.exe because i seen a revert layout, eg: C3, C2, C1, Index while yesterday it shown index, C1,C2,C3 i found no error, although yesterday when try it i found runtime error but when i repeat the process it work perfectly. i guess C3,C2,C1, INDEx layout is the latest build.

Everthing is moving along well.

The Unbounded test version of the algorithm can now Bounded to a non-repeating combination condition.

This means the Bounded algorithm will not produce repeat combinations and it is restricted to a play size of C(n, r), where n is the total numbers used and r is the pick size.

Factorial, n! = n (n - 1) (n - 2) 3 2 1 and 0! = 1

Permutation, P(n, r) = n! / (n - r)! where n is number of items taken r at a time

Combination, C(n, r) = P(n, r) / r! where

great, at least one works. in a way this was a test of VS2008, but i suspect that the program actually needs to be installed from a windows installer to work correctly on everyone's system. the way you are getting the program now kind of circumvents that procedure.

There has been some question on what does this test program guarantee as a wheel. Well, right now there is no guarantee. This test was just a foundation for the wheel generating process. The actual guarantee part of the equation is still in the works. That does not mean that this test program can't guarantee a win. Yeah, I think we have figured out why some are not able to run the other version. It could be that you don't have Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 or better installed on your system. We tried it on a machine that does not have the .NET Framework and it crashed. We're looking into a possible Dual User Interface for JADE LSGA for those that may not have .NET Framework installed; in addition to a few other options.

I use Win98Se and WinXP, I tried both versions of the LotterySelectorText program on Win98SE and they work fine, they won't make fewer than 8 lines, but that is O.K.

FYI: Those of you that may try to paste these wheels into the old JADE LSG program might have a problem. We are aware of it. Try pasting the copied wheel from this program to another program like Microsoft Word, Wordpad or Excel and then copy the wheel from that program and paste it into the old JADE LSG. Keep in mind that the old JADE LSG is limited to just Pick 6 or less and 50 Numbers or less.

The new algorithm test was so successful that I'm going to release the test program by itself.

Provide any feedback, however, since this is a test, the program will be unsupported and not upgraded.

It is a functional part of the new JADE Lottery System Generator Analyzer (JADE LSG 2.0).

Yes, there will be tweaking of the algorithm, but that will be released in JADE LSGA.
